• Order forms without a telephone number or email address may not be processed
• No COD orders
• Orders paid by check should allow 2 weeks extra for delivery
• Orders may take from 1 week to 6 weeks depending on product availability.  We will contact you when we receive your order.

Payment / Shipping Information

• US Funds only
• IN residents include 7% sales tax
• All orders are subject to shipping charges
• Shipping Charges are figured at time of shipment.  You will be contacted with rate prior to shipping.

Return / Refund Policies

• Returns require authorization within 5 days of receipt
• Returns will be credited to the same credit card number as original purchase
• Returned items must be clean and resaleable
• Shipping charges are not refundable
• All return items must include a copy of the receipt
